What is included in the 7-day free trial? ⌄
Full, unrestricted access to both AssetUI Wholesale and AssetUI Acquisitions from day one. Your card is saved securely via Square but is not charged until day 8. You can cancel at any point before then with zero charge — no questions asked.
What is a user seat and how does it work? ⌄
A seat is one login. The account owner holds one seat. Basic gives you just your own seat. Pro gives you 3 total — you plus 2 team members. Enterprise gives unlimited seats so your entire team can log in. Each member has their own credentials and their own data. You manage seats from your account settings and can add or remove members at any time.
Do I get both platforms on every plan? ⌄
Yes. Every plan — Basic, Pro, and Enterprise — includes full access to both AssetUI Wholesale (real estate wholesaling) and AssetUI Acquisitions (M&A deal pipeline). There is no way to subscribe to just one. The only difference between plans is the number of user seats and support tier.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? ⌄
Yes, at any time. Log in, go to your account settings, and select a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If you downgrade and have more seats than your new plan allows, the oldest member accounts will be deactivated first.
What payment methods do you accept? ⌄
All major credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed securely by Square. We do not store card numbers — only a tokenized reference provided by Square after your card is verified.
How do I cancel my subscription? ⌄
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Do I need to set up SendGrid or Twilio to use the platforms? ⌄
No. Both platforms work fully without any third-party API keys. SendGrid (email blasts) and Twilio (SMS blasts) are optional integrations you can connect later from your settings if you want to send real emails or texts to sellers and buyers. Everything else — pipeline, scoring, LOI, CIM, sequences — works out of the box.
